Would this T shirt be inappropriate to wear to work?

T shirts and jeans are approved attire for my part-time job with the city. The restriction being that T's are not to be offensive. What do you think, is this offensive?

If the back reads "..... FUCKWAD!!", then I'd pass, but otherwise I think you're ok.

4. I don't think there's anything on the back

I'm just worried that it would be considered political and that it might piss people off. I know, for example, that I probably couldn't wear my Obama T to work. I don't work directly with the public but I'm visible to the public while I'm working.
