Why Is Everybody Pissed Off At The Jews?
Edited on Fri Feb-27-04 07:36 AM by matcom
i mean lets think about this for a second.

IF you believe in this story (i personally don't) then you should be THANKING them (if it WAS 'them') shouldn't you?

if SOMEONE didn't do 'the deed' then Jesus would still be a walkin' around, barefoot and all, blessing everything in sight, with his long hippie hair and flowin' white robes and YOU WOULD ALL HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY FOR ALL YOUR OWN SINS!

now, according to some, you can all sin away and not have to be accountable right?

on edit:

*ducking*

we fundies wouldn't have the Rapture & Apocalypse to look forward to.

Yes, be thankful. Be very thankful!

3. Yeah, and thousands of ATMs that charge you a 1.50 service fee
would be destroyed, and ~then~ what the hell are we supposed to do?

8. Really. If we were to revenge the slaughter of people and races
since Christ died, the oceans would run red.

France would attack England for killing Joan of Arc.

The Central American and South American Indians would attack Spain for exploiting and killing their indigenous people and exploiting gold mines during the time of the Conquistadors.

Black Africa would be attacking the Dutch and English.

Japan would probably be nuked out of existence, and so would Italy & Germany.

Aboriginis would be killing white Australians.

If it's revenge you're looking for, none of us will be left standing. Christ didn't want to be a motivator for war, he was suppose to be a symbol of forgiveness.

13. Not since Nazi Germany 1930's, has anti semitism been on the rise
Edited on Fri Feb-27-04 08:33 AM by Madame_Bovary
Not since the days of Weimar Germany and the takeover by the Nazi's of the government there, has so much anti semitism surfaced from under snake's belly where it always hides, waiting to pop out at a moment's notice.

This will always be around so long as people enjoy being Jew baiters. Not all Christians/Catholics are like this, but for those who are, most all lack the internal fortitude to stand up and tell their brethren right from wrong.

Expect to see a terrible backlash in the coming months because of media exploitation and the problems Israel is having in maintaining it's survival.

Oh Yeah!!

17. Father Joe says hi, and that you are loosely correct,
(I told him he has no idea just how loose you are) though Catholics believe that faith must be combined with good works in order to enter the kingdom of heaven. So we're still all responsible for our own sins. Nonetheless the onus of absolution would be much greater. Or we would actually be Jews, which is a moot point but probable.

18. I'm not pissed off at the Jews
Marv and Bitsy Jew are the nicest couple I know, I could never be mad at them. Why at last week's homeowners meeting I said to them, "Sorry about the whole you-killed-Jesus thing" and Marv replied "Well somebody had to!" We all had a good laugh over that.

19. I have no reason to be pissed off at the Jews.
Since I don't believe in the myths of the bible or the myth of Jesus, so I can't put the blame on anyone.

20. Everybody's been tense since 9/11
tension all over the world has been on the rise since then. And we Americans have played a big part in that.

Unfortunately anti-semitism, a prejudice in its own right, gets tacked on in these situations. It adds gasoline to the fire. I don't fear for my jewish neighbors so much around here, we're a pretty mellow bunch. Even the civil rights movement happened pretty much without voilence.

Oh, and first and foremost I am responsible for my own actions. I don't see JC in the same way as you're talking about, matcom.

Personally, though I'm not jewish, what little I know of of judaism and jewish culture I'm a big fan.

21. "Everybody?" Everybody is not pissed off at the Jews.
Nobody I know is. That's just me though.

Maybe it's because most of the people I know are Christians who understand the Biblical prophesies about the life of Jesus. It was preordained long before Jesus was born that he should die for the sins of man. No man killed him. He was born to atone for the sins of man.
