13. I got one kid in a McCain mask too. He lifted it up and said

"Don't vote for me!".

2. My favorites were a bumblebee and Eeyore.

The little guy's bumblebee costume was all padded out but ended at his legs, which were black, just like little bee legs. Very cute.

3. Skeletons, X-Man, princesses, the Halloween creature & NO COSTUMES!

I love how older kids just show up in t-shirts and jeans and holding out plastic sacks to get candy. We always have more than enough, but at least put a little effort into it!

4. my neighbor's oldest had a great alien costume - rubber mask with

big scary eyes -

also a werewolf, Snow White, a few princesses (the neighbor girl's are soooo big now), and a teen with a hoodie and a Spiderman mask. And my son passed on trick or treating this year- he's 12.


It as actually rather quiet around here - there's still a lot of candy left.

after he lost the costume contest, and I told him "get used to it for next Tuesday"

8. My favorite was the Sumo wrestler.

He wore a slicked-down wig with a little ponytail in back, and a flesh-colored fat suit with sewn-in mawashi. He ran up to my door yelling, "I need candy to live!" :rofl:
