There's a humming bird stuck in our garage. |
|
The poor thing keeps flying around and keeps trying to fly up and can't get out.
Any advice?

We've had them in our garage too -- eventually they notice and fly out.

It keeps resting on the beams and then flys around. I'm hoping it's sees the french doors and flys out.

3. Put something big and red outside the garage where it will see it. |

5. Just did that. A big red glass bowl. |
|
And we put in some of the flowers that they like to feed on.

4. This happened to me once |

He has going nuts flying up into the ceiling. We held out a broom to him, and he perched on it and then we walked him out of the garage and he flew away. It sounds weird but it's true.

I took a nap and Michael had put a strand of flowers the hummies like on the celing fan. It looks like that did the trick.
Fly on, little bird!!!

10. I'm glad he got out okay.... |

I had this happen several times when we lived in CA. The broom thing works and once I just opened all the windows in the house. At dusk, he flew away.
