I don't feel good..... upset stomach

I have what could be called "waves" of nausea... no physical act though....

yet I oddly crave a store baked turkey sandwich on whole wheat w/ mayo..

:shrug: no, I'm not pregnant unless a miracle has occurred and I am related to the
virgin Mary.....

I don't even think I want my glass or 2 or 3 of wine tonight... and I passed up going out to dinner.... :(
actually I haven't felt good since Sunday......

1. The waves of nausea with nothing to follow are symptoms of caffeine withdrawal for me.

YMMV.

I wasn't feeling so hot today until I realized that I hadn't taken my medication (happy pills - heh) in two 1/2 days. Doh.

I'm starting to feel better now.
