It's 12:54 and I can't sleep.
Who else is up because they're excited? Any, how ridiculous is it to be excited?

It's like we're a train and we've been going through a tunnel for eight years. The light draws near, but I'm afraid to hope.

I'm celebrating tonight and thinking about why an Obama win might bring joy. Hopeful! Also redundant, if you've read any of my earlier posts. Forgive me, it's wine and excitement and such excitement! Might we win?

5. I must sleep tomorrow night, so I'm sort of celebrating early.
I don't want to listen to the news but I don't want to sit here alone and think about it either. Somebody posted earlier that it's like Christmas Eve for grownups. True.

6. I'm awake and excited also
even though it's only 10:20 here. Eight years of darkness and I mean it! I knew W was going to be the worst president in history even before he was inaugurated but I did not realize how much it would affect me personally(like going from an 18 dollar an hour job to selling my possessions in order to make rent). Whatever, at least I can hope I can find a niche helping our country better itself and the more immediately the better!
