My dear, sweet 80 year old mom is praying for a McCain victory
She's scared to death what The Democrats will do if they win control of the White House and Congress

She thinks the San Francisco measure to name the sewer plant in honor of George Bush is a "terrible thing to do to that man."

3. Our family is from Cleveland
but living in California now. It'll be interesting to see how our old district votes. It's gone for chimp twice.

I always thought of Cleveland as pretty liberal but then I remember my well to do snobby relatives in the Eastern suburbs...(Beechwood, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights)

Mentor, Willoughby, Eastlake. Pretty blue collar. Why it went to * twice is a mystery. When I was there in 2004 it looked very depressed.
