I have to move my office AGAIN!!!

that makes three times in three months, and this time, I am (and I am not making this up) being moved into the donated clothing storage room, aka the 'Fashion Corner'. Frigging construction!!!! What next, the janitors closet?

Hopefully it will just be for "about a month", but in a State facility, I am dubious. :rant:

****FWIW, I cried when I voted this morning and there were more people in my little precinct than I have ever seen before, I actually had to wait in line for 20 minutes (not a complaint, but a statement of wonder).

4. I've been at my company for a year and 4 months...

And I just moved to my third location. First as a temp a was in an open area desk/carrol...Then when I became a permanent hire I was moved into a SHARED office which was about broom closet size really. (But it was nice having a door you could close). And just yesterday I was moved out of the office into a regular cube in the middle of the cube farm because they are knocking down all the offices in my old spot to build...more cubes. So I empathize.
Hopefully, I am no longer moving...

9. I moved to a new cube today

The chronic whiner I'd asked to be moved away from (her whining was too loud for my headphones even when I had music loud enough to think "this can't be good for my ears") was moved elsewhere since she's been there 10 years and I got her cube. I hope it's not catching and I don't turn into a chronic whiner.

And when I came home today the neighbors who had been waking me up in the middle of the night pretty regularly with their music had a for sale sign in the yard! Woohoo!

How long have they been saying the construction will take 'about a month?' I hope you're not stuck there long. When I started my current job I was at some printer station where my chair stuck out into the walkway and I had to be pushed up to my desk or everyone would run into me.
