Feeling Inspired!!
Okay just wanted to share this story really quickly then I have to go be a productive citizen for the day. My little sister is usually really shy and she is not the type of person who will make conversation with a total stranger and she is not the type of person who likes to make waves. Well for some reason this year she got into politics pretty heavily, which was also kind of weird for her. LOL Anyway, she calls me this morning and she is like "GOOD MORNING SISTER I MADE A DIFFERENCE TODAY!" LOL She is totally psyched and rambling at like 100 words per minute telling me how she spent the morning volunteering at the Obama campaign in our home town. She volunteered to give rides to those who did not have one so that they could vote. So she and her partner go to the last address on their list and it turns out to be this nursing home there where there are alot of vets and people who just retired their so they could be taken care of. They walk in only to find that there are several people who need rides and many of them are in wheel chairs. So she starts talking with the nurses about getting them a handicapped van and the nobody would help them. One nurse even said to her, "If their families wanted them to vote they should have made sure they had transportation." LOL She gets ALL fired up and tells the people at the head quarters what is going on so they give her the number to the director and she calls the director of the hospital and convinces him to get three vans out to help get these people down to the polls to vote!!!!!!!!! I am so freakin proud of her! I didn't even know what to say when she told me, she was just so excited and you could tell she felt so good about it! Anyway...I am really inspired by her right now and I just had to share the story! HAVE A GREAT ELECTION DAY DU! GO OBAMA!!

1. I love seeing the best in people
especially when it's for a cause like voting.

You're sister's special, but I think you know that.
