my tv just damn EXPLODED!

ok, so it didn't go real big kaboom, lol.. but it shot out sparks, made a really nasty noise, and has weird stuff that has oozed out of the sides. i was standing right next to and touching it when it happened too, and now my hand is bleeding and i'm not sure how it happened.
