OT: Lost my cellphone - does anyone know where to get one cheap?

I was out of town over the weekend, and completely lost my cellphone...so I need to get another...
Does anyone know how to get one pretty cheap (I'm on a budget)...thanks:)
Oh...my plan is through AT&T...
