THE LAUGHING BOX


The laughing box has exploded
All the little men inside
Through the atmosphere are floating
There is nowhere left to hide

Go lightly if you see them
Do not look them in the eye
Do not cross the path that led them
When they were cast across the sky

Unknown is their destination
Uncharted is their course
Yes, insubordination
Just went from bad to worse

Some might steal the next election
Or simply bum another ride
All the rest, without connections
Should consider suicide
