Ambien and late night trips to the bathroom - NOT a good combination

3. Cut your Ambien dose. I used to have these weird sleep walking, doing strange stuff episodes.

All I did was cut the pill in half and all is well. (I start with a 10mg and cut down to 5mg.) No problems at all on the lower dose. Bizarre happenings on the full dose.

I've become an Ambien junkie the last couple months. That's another thing I need to kick now that I don't have to be nervous about how the polls are going to look tomorrow.

(not actually a junkie, but I'm becoming dependent on it to feel like I'll get a good night's sleep).
