Hey Lounge, anyone else totally feel like personally reaching for the stars now?

Both my wife and I woke up yesterday feeling that we could do anything. That because of Obama's win, we felt like eating better, being more productive, working harder.

I dunno.

There's a scene in Oly Stone's "Nixon" where Dick is asking a Cuban White House employee if he cried when Kennedy died, and the guy says "yes", and when asked why he answers, "Because he made me see the stars."

I wasn't alive durring JFK's term, but, now I know how it must have felt.

Ate fruit instead of a dougnut just now.

Kicking alcohol is next. If Obama can stop smoking, I can certainly cut back on the booze.
