Has anyone ever lost the clicker
to their car? I lost mine...now what? I have a 9 year old Honda Accord. I took it to the dealer and he gave me a new clicker but, it won't work. Something about needing the old one to 'program' the system. He said, they can install a new clicker system but, he didn't say how much. Shit!

1. A clicker to unlock the car? We don't have a clicker, but I do lose
my keys all the time...

My parents have a piece of crap gas guzzling..er a Yukon with a clicker and when they first got it home the clicker didn't work so they had to take it back in and leave it to be programmed. The clicker, not the car.

Good luck to you!!

Laura

3. Thanks, Laura
This guy didn't say anything about reprograming the clicker. Sounded like he wanted to install something that will cost big $$. All these gizmo's and gadgets are really nice - if I had a clue.

2. My kids misplace the tv clicker all the time
I'm glad I don't have one for my car.

I'd never go anywhere.

4. Clicker broke. Car won't start without it - New clicker = $86+$45 for ...
programming. Prices are from my local GM dealer.

We now live with the last surviving clicker. It gets gentle handling.
