You had a great show last night until you referred to women as "Vagino-Americans". Sigh. :eyes:

I'm a big Cory Booker fan though now! Wow! Easy on the eyes and brilliant.

1. I just watched
I think it was a statement about how everyone has to be classified as some sort of American these days.

2. Yeah.
So the worst part about me being "offended"? Truth be told, I laughed my ass off. Despite my feminism, I have this frat boy sense of humor. I love the guy, but then hate that I love the guy.

7. Yeah, Maher does that to me too.
I love a lot of his stuff but he does have some peculiar issues with women being anything but an accessory item.

15. Me too!
I just can't stand religion anymore. When I was a 20-something and still filled with "shoulds", I kept going for awhile, but in the last 5 years, I'm just like, "I believe none of this shit. I don't want to be another fucking hypocrite." The good religion does can also be done by those of us who are secular humanists. The bad it does usually involves mass intolerance and murder.

18. I lost respect for him several years back
when he said that Colin Powell was his ideal president and that Ashcroft was right to lock up Muslims.
