Ok , I am done experimenting with Psychedelics |
|
Edited on Sun Nov-09-08 02:19 PM by UndertheOcean
I tried pot , LSD , DXM ,Salvia ,shrooms , DMT...
I know for sure now that the meaning of life does not lie in that path.
I already became an Atheist at age 15 (I'm 30 now) after leaving Islam for Buddhism then Agnosticism. And Religion has no spirituality at all from my point of view.
So , I guess , I must carry on , try to understand the mystery much more deeply in whatever remaining years allotted to me.

3. Psychedelics are not a path |

They can be a one time use tool though.
You are the captain of your ship.
Psychedelics merely help you see differently so you can steer. Once you see you can do without them.
Ok, I was just rambling...
Hope you find your course.
EDIT: to add... there are many tools that do the same thing. Religion, meditation, admiration, postulation, education...

6. If you're an athiest then life by definition has NO meaning. |
|
As long as you claim no belief you'll find no answers.

8. I think you are wrong , "answers" is just an expression |
|
I guess I mean deeper perception , understanding. I may be an atheist , but in my book atheism that not contradict spirituality and mysticism.

Meaning doesn't have to lie outside the human realm. In fact, as an atheist, I would argue that meaning only lies WITHIN the human realm. Love, peace, justce, humanity. That is meaning.
