I mean, Scientists are fairly sure..in Theory, that other Dimensions exist..and if they do exist then
I surmise that (perhaps) at least one of them has developed enough (scientifically) to have the means to not only cross-over to our Dimenson but also..observe us.

I've been rather hesitent to say anything about this for fear that they migh...

Curiously, there might be two dimensional beings that we can't identify, so we might not be all that visible as sentient entities to higher ones.

Now, as for that Sci-Fi parallel dimensional crossings sorta thing-- I suspect that any links, even observation, between such dimensions would cause mass destruction-- black hole stuff.
