Would you spend $99,000 to be in DC for the Inauguration?

Ritz Carlton Georgetown has an inauguration "special." They call it "affordable luxury." It includes lodging, first class airfare, luggage, and a side trip to Grand Cayman.

Anyone have any idea how $99,000 could be spent for better uses? The homeless come to mind, for starters.
