1. Cool!
I like that 3-wheel design, too. It's gotta be more stable in handling :)

3. Oh... I was talking about the model
:P

I would have to see how it handles in the curves, first. (Now I'm talking about the bike.) I'm perfectly comfortable on two wheels. You really can't beat two wheels for cornering.

8. As good as two wheels...the pic says it all.

If you can't tell from the picture...it's independent-suspension and designed to turn by leaning just like two wheeled scooters.

4. Yes...
Piaggio has been building inverse-trike scooters for a few years under the model name MP3 followed by a model mark. Mk.3 was the latest before this and was over 225HP. I assume this is Mk. 4 or a new model name.

They are much more stable, not only because of the additional wheel but also because they are gyroscopically balanced. The price for a MP3 starts about $6000 new. I'm assuming the hybrid will be $8-10K.

10. I've seen one of their gasoline-only versions around here, and it is very cool
Their 400-cc version can top out at 90 mph and still get over 60 mpg, all for ~$9000.

A plug-in hybrid would be unbelievably cool.
