When insomnia doesn't suck....
Usually insomnia sucks. I have it right now... but it doesn't suck. Instead of the usual worries/fears and thoughts of a grim or difficult future, I can't sleep because I have many brilliant ideas and am too excited to get up 'tomorrow' and get on top of them.

Because now, instead of looking forward to more empowerment of the elite of the elite, we may just see some of that power meant for the people go to the people.

Hmmmm... "Powermint gum" sounds good. I can see the ad campaign now; "Powermint to the people!" Has anyone thought of that yet?

Heh... that's what I mean, I can't shut it off and it's just SO corny!

Well, I guess if I'm in a good mood and can't sleep, that's insomnia that doesn't suck.

I'm looking forward to many good things.

And Powermint gum! (just looked it up, it's out there!)

1. My dear Dr_eldritch!
I'm glad to see you tonight!

And even gladder that it's not insomnia that's keeping you awake, but rather some good ideas!

Powermint to the people...

I like it!

2. Hey darlin!
Well, usually it's icky thoughts, but even good ones can result in insomnia.

Just glad I have no appointments too early.

Maybe I'll send that one to their marketing people.

So how's trix?

And congrats!

Poetry is tough... and it doesn't often pay well, but getting published is just so cool.
It's just so much more a substantial indication of worth.
It's being told that your thoughts, feelings, and talent have value.

But we already knew that about ya'.

:yourock:

6. Since you're awake, anyway, would you just go ahead and
invent a reverse microwave, please?

Here, I'll get your started:
- It should be no larger than a small Nespresso machine
- 1200 watts or less
- Able to cool (but not freeze) a can of soda or beer in fewer than 30 seconds
- Must accept aluminum containers

Thank you! I've waited most of my adult life for this invention!

7. Heck, you can have mine...
It always freezes half the beer and separates the alcohol. I wind up with a lukewarm, flat, foamy drink with a chunk of ice frozen on the bottom.

I put it together with a fish tank, a can of computer duster, a tower fan, and some LEDs.

It really pisses the fish off when I use it though.

8. Maybe I could rig up an industrial size reverse microwave
using our koi pond! It could prove to be a nice little profit center if I can convince our neighbors to pay me to cool their beverages. :great idea:

9. I know the feeling.
Happens to me when I get excited about art ideas, mostly.
