I never had school off on Veterans Day

I was off for three weeks for election work but now back to the regular world of work.

I did go out to lunch, so I guess it really IS a holiday...

I have to confess, I love my job for six months of the year and I work like a rented mule the other six months. Right now I 'm in the rented mule phase so I can take some time off over the holidays. It sucks to be me between July and January.
