What is the matter with people?
I don't understand adults who behave like junior high school kids. There are two women at work who are far older than me. One is in her late thirties and hates me for some reason I have never been made privy to. The other one is in her late 40s who has always been a friend since I started in the department. They have started getting closer and the one I thought was my friend is no longer speaking to me unless spoken to, and even then it's very abrupt and not even polite anymore. She can't even say thank you to me. Not only is this unfriendly, her behavior is bordering on the unprofessional. No one will tell me what I did to offend them, but I broke down today and I'm so confused, I'm sad, and I don't understand why adults just can't be honest with each other. Why can't she just come up to me and call me a name and tell me what I did to pissed her off. I hate having conflict with people.
Thanks for listening.
I am very sad. If you could leave a word or two of encouragement, I'd appreciate it.

4. I would agree.
I'm afraid work is about to get very uncomfortable and unprofessional.
