As far as this episode goes, I have to say that I didn't care for the apple peeling/dicing crap as a way to narrow down the field for the first elimination. Who ever thinks "this is a great dish, but the produce doesn't taste like they've been chopped fast enough"?? I'm not just saying this because I have the cutting skills of a 3 yr old. x(
