I am 29 years old.
And I can recite most of the characters, most of the plot points, and the character relationship tangles of the Naruto anime series. I can also vaguely sing along with the theme song, although I don't know more than a couple of words in Japanese. There's one part that sounds like they're saying "Bodies in the treehouse!" Our family finds this highly entertaining.

Having little boys is a GREAT excuse to watch cartoons.

2. I think that you had kids to justify your secret longing to watch anime
And also as a ploy to get charismatic DUers to phone you at odd hours of the night.

4. Yes! You found me out.

It all started with an odd episode of "Sailor Moon" or two, but then "Naruto" came along. Pretty soon I'll be getting "Vampire Hunter D" tattoos, and wearing "Devilman" underwear. The kid is just a convenient front.

Actually, I think the first anime I ever watched was something to do with a Little Koala on Nickelodeon, many, many moons ago.

6. Asuma Sarutobi looks like Borgoff Marcus from "Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust"
The leader of Team 10 looks like he could be the little brother of the mercenary hunters from the second "D" film:

Asuma:

Borgoff:
