I love this show! The first elimination is done and I'm not happy with the choice. In fact, I'm not happy with how they narrowed the field down to make the first elimination to begin with.

Oh well, I'm sure the remaining 30 min will be much better. :D

1. Right off the bat something cracked me up

The Indian chef is stating in the beginning, "..People see I'm from India and they think I'm just going to make Indian food like spicy curry, but I'm more of a worldly cook." (paraphrase)

Then in the quickfire she says about her dish, "The first think I thought of was an apple chutney."

2. I don't think they should have had the QuickFire elimination

But, her salad really wasn't creative.

3. yeah, her salad didn't look interesting at all...

I was just interested in learning about the culinary school classmates thing a little more. At this point though, it appears neither of them will get far (I'm writing this prior to the final elimination)
