What happens when you have 0% storage in your email? |
And how do you get more? I've had the same email program for five years, but I finally mananged to use up all my space. Now, when I delete something, it just pops back into my inbox.

1. Gonna need a little more info than that to be able to help. |
Who is your email provider? What email client are you using?

6. Do you check it online or do you use a mail client/program? |
My advice below may not work at all if you just check it on their website...at least not without a lot of work to get all the email forwarded to a mail program.

3. Have you ever emptied the trash? |
If that folder is full then there's no room for anything else.

4. Yup. I empty the trash on a regular basis. |
Do you think it could possibly be a virus of some kind?

5. Start a new profile and save the current one as whatever it is |
with the word Archive at the end.
I had to do that recently, only I'm lazy. I just moved everything to local folders and redirected everything to my hard drive if I save it. That way the mail server never gets full and I can keep my saved emails. I must have hundreds of important emails from ages ago by now.
