2. Oh, it was, Miss P, it was!

This was real lamb, not mutton, and it was cooked to perfection.

Not a single piece overcooked, or undercooked.

Complemented with mint and ginger jellies.

The wine was a 2004, Rioja, and my wife, who normally hates Spanish wines, had to agree it was one of the best Spanish wines she's ever tasted!

And the veggies were mashed potatoes, butternut squash, and collard greens, all from the CSA farm.

I have never tasted a better lamb roast!

For me, my favorite comfort food is pinto beans with chorizo, and flour tortillas.

Dirt cheap if you make it at home.
