Had a lovely 2 hours chaperoning a high school dance Sat. nite.


It was teh (fill in the blank here)

teh music suked. if this is the stuff these kids are listening to on their iPods full blast earplugs, they will be deaf before they're 20. too damn much beat bass and high screechy noises!

We woulda been kicked out of the dance back in the day if we danced in rhythm girl buttcheeks to boy crotch...'parently, iz allowed now. :eyes:

24. Yup, we had a great time, Thanks for asking.

ShineBoy just turned 15 a couple days ago and is a freshman in hs. ShineGirl turned 12 last month and in the 6th grade. Whew.

In the meantime, I've decided to go back to school again, after 22 yrs. I'm one month into a 2 yr master's program in Counseling Psychology.

It's a damn big deal and a lot of work, but I'm loving it! I'm a F/T student, reading a ton, writing papers, it's all very cool.

Time to take my natural skills to the next level. I'm really excited to be developing myself in this way, doing something for ME, for a change.

I'm off now to go out for my mom's 65th b'day celebration dinner. Lots of Scorpios in my family....:D
