1. I'm okay with that, 'cause
LAST year, we had snow on the lawn halfway through OCTOBER!!!

We've had some flurries, but so far (knock wood) nothing's sticking.

4. We had a tiiiiiiny bit a couple of weeks ago
but it was warm enough that it evaporated the minute it hit anything. Not so today. Today we had a sprinkling that sat out for a while. I haven't looked outside so I don't know if its still there now, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

2. yeah it snowed here today too (first snow was Halloween week)
usually it waits until the night before Thanksgiving.

I have a funny feeling winter is going to be a pain in the butt.

6. The only thing I don't like about snow
is driving in it. That's it. Everything else is fine by me. :P

7. Hey, Florida boy
Can ya handle it? :P

Time was it used to snow regularly 'round these parts on or before Halloween, and we always had our mojo compromised by having to wear winter coats over our superhero and princess costumes. Used to blow, man. This ain't nuthin'--we've had too many warm days in November--time to get cold and snowy! :hi:

9. My brother and his family are coming from Cali for Christmas
I wish he shared your enthusiasm. He's already warned me that he's staying indoors for the entire two weeks they're here and will not, under any circumstances, play in the snow with my kid.

10. Heh. My brother moved up this way a couple months before I did.
He missed having all four seasons even more than I did. So he's up in VT, and we'll be spending christmas there most likely.
