recommend the butter-recipe yellow; it burns too easily. But otherwise, it's all I use. I always make homemade frosting, but Duncan Hines can pass for homemade cake. A neighbor of mine who used to do wedding cakes used DH as the base and "doctored" it somewhat, but she swore by the stuff.

Duncan Hines Butter recipe is the tastiest. You know what will be in my suitcase on the way back across the pond. LOL.
