My friend drove by a bus stop and saw a bottle of booze on the patrol car and Geoff in cuffs on the sidewalk, it's only six at night here. $50,000 worth of rehab doesn't buy fuck all if the person doesn't wanna change, does it? It's just tragic, this kid comes from a good family and all he had to do was show up to work at the family businesses everyday and do his job and he'd be making $65,000 a year by now, like his brother did. Seeing as how everyone has given up on him, I wonder who he'll call from the slammer.

friend of Bill W's. If he's really an alcoholic, non-alcoholics won't be able to help him. But he has to hit his bottom and decide for himself he wants to get sober and live a life without alcohol.

If they don't want to change, I doubt all the rehab in the world will truly help.
