i cracked a bone in my foot by being an idiot

i was chasing my sisters around the house and the couch was in the way. so since i'm such a genius, i grabbed the top of the back of the couch with my hands and proceeded to do a ninja-style jump over it(which i've done before).. this time i failed miserably and fell on my foot the wrong way and now i have a cracked bone.

why do i do these things to myself? i'm too old to be jumping over couches :rofl:
