Smokeout today - a good day to stop smoking - congratulations to those who have. |
|
I know many folks here are former smokers, and I just want to say congratulations and continued success to them and to anyone who plans on stopping smoking.
Today is the "Great American Smokeout", and is as good a day to stop smoking as any other.
Best wishes to all of you.

9. Do you mean Chantix? Works for some but has nasty side-effects for others |
|
I got a scarey letter from my insurance company saying they stopped covering it due to all the complaints.
I remember some dude telling me how great it was, while he smoked a cigarette that he just bummed from me.

12. It is called Champix or Chantix in different places. I found it really worked well |

for me. I failed once and then was right back on track because nicoteen didn't affect my brain when I broke down and bought a pack. I've been clean of nicoteen for about 6 months now. I'm really proud. Just wanted to pass on the good news.
