Who here used to stick bobby pins into outlets as a kid?

I never tried the knife, but I did try a bobby pin once.

1. Of course I don't remember this but my mom taped the actual bobby pin

in my baby book! It is kind of bent up funny. She told me that it blew me a bit across the room. This was 1955!

4. I tried the knife! On a toaster! That was turned on!

I was under 2 at the time.

Oh and according to my parents I nearly jumped out of a (what you would call 3rd) floor window - that's when my dad was in the fire service and we lived above the fire station. Down below were the firefighters, carrying out a drill. Apparently one spotted me sitting on the window ledge, happy as can be and then all hell broke loose.

Oh and I also fell out of a car window around the same time too. I was helping clean the window. Except the window wasn't there. Ouch!

No wonder I'm nuts.
