What was the last movie you saw in any medium, and what was the medium?
I'll use me as an example:

The World of Henry Orient, video on demand, Time Warner Cable.

2. We watched The Thorn Birds again on DVD
and it was magnificent. First time I'd watched it in 25 years. Great acting all around, especially from some of the supporting characters including Barbara Stanwyck and Christopher Plummer.

3. I just got a gaggle of HD DVD's in
You can get them dirt cheap now that the format is officially dead (but not to me).

I watched Fletch and Army of Darkness Tuesday night, I think.

10. They still have drive-ins?
Wow! I'm jealous. We started losing drive-ins in the North East in the 1970s. They're exremely rare here now

12. They are fairly rare here too
We have three that are within 40 miles. But this is SoCal. The drive-ins double as swap meets and can run year round.

There were two drive-ins within 40 miles of our house in Minnesota when we lived there.

We go to the drive-in probably 3 or 4 times a year.
