The "Third Eye" thingy

When you were a kid, you might have experienced this.

Take a pencil. Point it at a spot between your eyebrows, just above the bridge if your nose. Move it closer, but don't let it touch you.

Some people get this weird tingly/itchy sensation.

Anybody here experienced this?
