Viewing Concert for George again |
|
This was the concert held for George Harrison a year after his death. If you haven't ever seen in take my advice and get it! One of the best shows ever captured on film. (Maybe second best to "The Last Waltz".
Eric Clapton is masters of ceremonies and he does an excellent job while being humble. Dhani Harrison looks so much like his dad it's scary. And last but not least Sam Brown kicks so much ass and is fuggin beautiful..... singing "Lead a Horse to water".

Sounds as though Santa will be bringing me a couple of them this year!
WCGreen suggested seeing "Across the Universe" and now here you are with this concert for George!
I'm in for a musical Beatle Christmas!
Thanks!
I love their songs...

Peggy, if you get this dvd for Christmas you won't be disappointed. George had so many beautiful tunes and the people who play them on here do them so much justice. I can honestly say that if you get this one and give it a viewing, you will love it so much. George was such a beautiful soul and his music showed it.
