Is it me or does Third Rock from The Sun have a lot of overracting?

2. Jane Curtin doesn't seem to overact in this show

I think she's the only major character who doesn't.

Gordon-Levitt and Curtin are pretty normal. Lithgow and Johnson wouldn't be funny if they didn't overact.

And French Stewart IS from another planet!

It's like getting struck by lightning while climbing a tree, and when you fall, you land straddling a railing.


If my choices were "watch 15 minutes of this show" and "disembowel yourself with this egg beater," I'd reach for the egg beater.
