So I got laid off and now I'm going on tour
Once upon a time I had a good I.T. job that I liked and was good at. And of course, we all know what's happened to good I.T. jobs. Subsequently, I've lost my car, my credit has gone to hell, my girlfriend left me, and Wawa stopped carrying my favorite coffee. So I've decided to take my rap show on the road and see if I can't at least starve to death doing something I love instead of in the back of my car that doesn't run any more. See if your town is on the list, stop in and say hi to a fellow liberal. You should probably first decide whether or not you dig the music though, which you can check at fuse-one.com.

2. Here is a place where you can post free publicity and maybe find gigs
www.craigslist.org

You will have to post separately for each city and I don't know how active the different cities are

4. Best wishes!
I wish you were coming to MN...

Sorry to hear about your losses. Losing the job is harsh enough, with the credit rating subsequently going under... and losing your girlfriend (who doesn't seem to be much of a friend afterall) must've been hard initially as well. :-(

5. well....
I wish I was coming to Minnesota too, they have a nice all-around scene out there. I'm going out again in April though, and I'd like to come through there.

And yeah, if I didn't have music to perform, I'd be teetering on the brink of something pretty awful right now.

Thanks for the site whatelseisnew, it looks good (although Philly's section doesn't seem to working, unfortunately).
