Eagles visit B'More 1PM toda - Any Ravens fans here? |
|
I'm an Eagles fan, but they have been so shakey this season, I gave up predicting wins. I understand the RayBans have been pretty good this year and I hope it's a good game.
I'm just glad I will be watching it indoors with snacks and cocoa not out in the wind.

1. Who could possibly be a fan of the team that ripped the heart out of Cleveland? |
|
Only someone with no soul.

They were without a team for what? Three years? And within a month of Browns I leaving they were guaranteed a new Browns team with the same name and original history.
Try having your team ripped out of town in the middle of the night by a drunken owner and play in some other city using the same name and logo and with all the team records and history. And then having to be used as the NFL's bitch for 12 years for whatever team wanted a new stadium.
Fact to be digested: Johnny Unitas is in the Football Hall of Fame....under the Indianapolis Colts. The freakin' Indianapolis Colts. That beats any minor inconvenience Cleveland had for a couple of years, hands down.
No, Cleveland doesn't get one bit of sympathy from me. Sorry.

3. An interesting question... |
|
I say that because I lived in the Baltimore-Washington greater area for almost 10 years: as far east as Annapolis and as far north as Columbia and in all that time I met one Ravens fan. Just one. I think there are more and they won't admit it.
It's like Jets fans. They sell out every game so somebody roots for them and is willing to pay good money to see them play, but I've never met any of them. (I have a suspicion that they live in New Jersey, Staten Island and on Long Island.0

6. I Cannot. Fucking. Believe. Reid benched McNabb |
|
That is some horseshit. Like the Eagles' problems are reducible to McNabb. Try looking at yourself, Andy. And that play calling. And that time management.
Pathetic.

8. I can't watch this game anymore. |
|
That pass from 1 yard was the dumbest play I have seen all year.
Andy should have benched himself.
