You can cook anything in a pot with a hot plate, given enough motivation.
I have a fond memory of an IHOP run through a massive snow storm with visibility of about 5 feet at 1AM in Boston, oh, about 14 years ago. Well worth it too.

2. I had the most awesome pancakes yesterday - this surly, grumpy, cantankerous |
|
cook on a dive boat busted out a plate of huge, perfectly cooked, fluffy, hot, golden-brown pancakes in lightning speed (like two seconds after I asked for them, which should be physically impossible...)
Damn, they were good!

6. I Made Homemade Blueberry Pancakes This Weekend, With Real Maple Syrup |
|
I live in northern Wisconsin, and it's deer hunting time. A tradition for me to be the cook. I don't mind. My pancakes kick ass.

|
Was putting the griddle away today and started getting a craving for more! I didn't give in, but I came close.
Hey, tell you what--I'll make more and send you some. Keep an eye out for the envelope with syrup dripping out of the corner, mkay? :hi:

18. Why not send them by kitty - the one in your smilie :) |
|
Actually, I finally got my pancake fix this morning at Cracker Barrel. Their pancakes are not nearly as good as mine ...
I'd have made them myself, but that means I would have to wash at least some of the dishes so I could uncover the stove.
