Every hotel in the greater DC area is sold out. And I mean EVERY. Guess I'll have to watch it on TV.

4. Depends on if you're near a rail stop or not.

I'd be flying in from LA so if I go to Dulles I'd have to rent a car and being that it's probably going to be below freezing I'd prefer not to do that.

5. Fly to National.

It's a Metro stop and it's sometimes cheaper than Dulles. Fly Frontier, they are really cheap.

6. About 10 minute drive to metro-rail

in Wheaton, MD, and buses are possible too.

Weather here uncertain; NOT usually/always below freezing even, in Jan., as I recall; 'moderate' winter!
