They're both supposed to be aphrodisiacs.

"Leche de tigre" (or Tiger's Milk) is what you get from the excess lime juice when you prepare ceviche. It's spicy, acidic, and has a strong seafood taste.

I think I would try bull penis if I had the chance, that's also supposed to be an aphrodisiac.
