What music are you listening to?
My list includes Saturday, Sunday, and today.

I have listened to:

Christmas music
Dido - Safe Trip Home (it's not up to her other work, as the melodies are not as soaring and the music is colder. But there are still enough noteworthy songs to make it a good album)
Beyonce - I Am...Sasha Fierce (liked the ballad section a lot - the Sasha Fierce section, not so much. 3/4 stars would be my rating)
David Cook - self-titled (he has his fans, but I'm not one of them. I think he has a weak voice, and that the songs here are monotonous. If you like David, I'd say give it a try.)
Rosi Golan - The Drifter & The Gypsy (I highly recommend this one! It's folk with some pop and a bit of country.)

7. Japanese 80's Pop
And I am not able to reveal the names of the songs or the artists. They are my wife's. She won't translate them for me and I can't read Japanese. But the music is pretty good. This one dude I was listening to sounded like he was heavily influenced by Bruce Springsteen.

20. Jadis & Fish
Mix CDs that I burned from my collection of both artists' CDs. My tastes in the last week or so have gravitated toward moody prog-rock with plentiful loud, melodic guitar solos. Both acts fill the bill. As a bonus, Jadis also does a nice live version of "Comfortably Numb."

25. Earlier today I was listening to "Customer Services' Greatest Hits"...
... well it wasn't music... it was them wonderful customer service calls, you know when you call up and the recording says "this call may be recorded for quality purposes". Well guess what? I'm doing the quality checking...

I only wish that it was delightful listening. I swear... I might have no hair left.

Mark.
