Anyone here opened a kiosk business before?

I have been working at a kiosk business called "Things Remembered". I really like this kind of work. The part about it being small, and ... well... manageable. I would like to see if I can't start one of my own. Any information, ideas, or all around words of wisdom?

2. I was thinking pet novelties.

Due to the fact that I love to spoil my puppy baby, so do others. and I could do cool collars and scarves, chew toys, cat toys, etc.

3. In the current economic climate, there's no market for kiosks

Try selling booths, stands, nooks, or niches.
