2. Vibes coming your way! |

My assistant just went home with the same symptoms. Which means it's something different from what I had last week. I hope I don't catch this.

7. Could be Norovirus....wicked stuff |
|
This ran rampant among my family 2-years ago and spent a few days in ICU-after having passed-out and fracturing my skull. Symptoms are violent, propulsion of bodily liquids, from both ends. My ER/RN, daughter, tells me she thinks it is starting to occur again this year, so be sure to wash hands often, wipe shopping cart handles with sani-wipes, etc., as it is highly contagious. Hope you feel better soon.

that sounds like what I'm going through right now, some anti-nausea liquid is starting to help the throwing up, but the other is brutal...I'm glad I have extra pants here at work. :D

16. Dehydration can hit pretty fast. |
|
Several years ago, my DH ended up in the hospital about 4 hours after an onset of it. He began to talk slurred and garbled and I rushed him to the ER where they gave him several bags of IV fluids. My neighbor also ended up in the ER that same month for dehydration. She passed out and was taken to the hospital.
I never realized how contagious it was until I read about that college in Michigan closing for a few days due to it.

8. Good vibes coming your way and I hope you feel better soon. |

That's awful that you have to work while being sick. I hope your little one gets better soon too.
There is something going around. There was someone here in the lounge the other day with the same symptoms and my granddaughter has told me that everyday last week there were kids in her class being sent home because they were throwing up.
A few weeks ago, there was a college up in Michigan that closed down for several days due to a norovirus.
Take care and make sure you don't get dehydrated.

I'll do that if I can ever get anything to stay down, so far, if I put anything in, it comes right back out. :(

13. Chug some Pedialyte. It tastes terrible, but it'll keep your electrolytes |
|
in balance. Pick up some for the little one, too!

If you smoke pot it helps A LOT with the nausea. I hate throwing up so much. In the morning I have to fire up the vaporizer or else my stomach likes to dance. Right now I'm working on trying to get rid of this fucking gawdawful flu headache.
