People who know about car electrical stuff, can ya help me out?
I was driving today and i noticed that when i used the right side directional it was flashing really fast and it kept on doing that for the entire car trip but then i made a stop and got back in the car around 20 minutes later and now the turn signal is flashing normally. Does this mean maybe something is going to break soon or blow a fuse? The driver side one is fine.

Please and thank you.

1. I *think* it means that the bulb is about to go out.
I could be wrong. It's happened before.

4. Me being wrong. Hard to believe, I know.
I just remember that my cars did that prior to the bulb going out. Like a double time kind of thing.

7. Ah, I don't know... if it were me, I would just run it into the shop because...
if it turns out not to be the case, then you just end up trouble-shooting and it can become a pain in the ass. Car electrical systems frustrate me lol.

6. Turn signal bulb is shot.
That's how the car tells you. Doesn't tell you front or rear though. Stupid cars.

8. Probably the light bulb
Look in your owners manual and get the bulb numbers for your turn lights and brake lights (front and rear).

Bulbs are cheap, and if you are going to go to the trouble of pulling one bulb out, just change them all. They burn for about the same number of hours, so if one has gone over to the dark side, the others may not be far behind.

On some cars it is not necessary to remove the lens to get to the bulb, they can be changed from behind. In fact, some of the newer cars, removing the lens will let moisture from the atmosphere inside and fog the lens.
