DU Otakus please answer me this question...
How come every at anime convention you see at least one old fat guy cosplaying as a one of the sailors from Sailor Moon?

I was at my first anime con this last weekend and saw a couple of guys like this.


I can see a guy of a slender or athletic build pulling it off, but a old fat guy Come on...

1. Possible reasons...
A few do it for shock value.

Most are simply too clueless to realize they probably shouldn't dress they way they are.
