Geez last time I saw them in concert, New Orleans was still all in one piece (it was the night when Katrina hit)

4. Brag time!
My cousin is the fan club prez for Jimmy Eat World, so when Green Day did their last tour a few years ago, I went with her (Jimmy was opening for GD).

After the concert, we went backstage for the after-party. Long story short, Tre Cool walked right up to me, took my hand and said "Let's talk". We sat down on a couch and talked for over two hours about politics! Eventually I had to leave - so he gave me a Delaware Ale t-shirt from the concert (their sponsor - WOOT) and HIS CELLPHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!

No, I never did call him. His eyes freak me out.

And Billy Joe is REALLY short, btw. Lynne - you and I tower over him. :P

7. OMFG!!!!!!! You are so lucky - I'd love to meet Green Day
And I'm a Mike Durnt fan myself but they're all awesome.

I was hoping they'd have something out before the election but we shall see!!
